About the event
The Shamanic Journey uses focused intention and drumming to induce trance. Shamanic Journey is a way of finding answers, information, healing, wisdom and knowledge as well as guidance or help with one’s personal life. Prior to the journey participants set an intention, and during the journey students meet with spirits who may be regarded as ancestors, elders, gods, goddesses, deceased shamans, spirit guides, power animals and angels. These beings are seen as beings with great wisdom, power and ones who are willing to help with guiding the living. A shamanic world is made up of three parts, the lower world, the upper world and the middle world. None of these worlds are more superior to the other. They are equally important.
You will need: ⦁ Comfortable clothing ⦁ Something to cover your eyes. ⦁ A journal to document your experience. ⦁ An open heart.
